Welcome!! Coastal Building Services is a fully licensed and insured business owned and operated by Judd and Janet Beale. We provide high quality pre-purchase and pre-sale building and timber pest inspection reports as well as a range of other consultancy services. We are located at Currumbin on the Gold Coast and offer our services throughout the entire Gold Coast, hinterland and Tweed / Northern Rivers region.

Our Commitment

As an owner operated business, we aim to provide the highest level of service and value to our clients. Our inspections are conducted in a professional and thorough manner using the latest inspection techniques and equipment. We are happy to arrange access to the property through your real estate agent if required. Your attendance is encouraged but not imperative. We can give you verbal inspection feedback on-site on the day of inspection. Alternatively, we can contact you post inspection with our findings.
Our reports are comprehensive, detailed, yet easy to understand. Photos may be included for additional and more thorough explanation of serious problems or faults. Standard reports are readily available for email or express post the following day or within 24 hours of inspection. At your request, we are able to forward your report directly onto your solicitor or other relevant party.
